DMCA Policy

Official Pokemon Lego ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Official Pokemon Lego service or website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This DMCA Policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA Notice and Counter-Notice. It is designed to make the process of reporting and resolving copyright infringement claims clear and efficient.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Official Pokemon Lego website or service, please send a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  6. Your electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Official Pokemon Lego website or service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent (see contact link below). Your Counter-Notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URL(s) to the specific page(s) or resource(s) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Official Pokemon Lego may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
